He ensured everything was completed on time and as promised, including the pool vacuum he promised. Despite some minor contract issues, Dan and his team resolved everything promptly. My pool was installed in two months, passing all inspections on schedule. Special thanks to Jaime Bojanowski and the service department for their excellent support. I’ve been utilizing the Hillsborough store of National Pools for 20 years and I couldn’t manage my pool without them!! The free water testing is a lifesaver!! They always have everything I need and have taught me how to keep my pool going! Vinnie is always super helpful and goes the extra mile for his customers!!! All the staff is always friendly and helpful. Only pool store I will go to!

From start to finish, Mike and Pete of National Pool and Spa of Robbinsville made my hot tub purchasing process a breeze. They consistently kept me up to date as to the tubs production and transit status with what the next steps would be. When it arrived at the NJ warehouse, they were able to have a quick delivery schedule. The team that delivered the tub did so with great care and put it exactly where I wanted. The tub was in flawless condition and works perfectly. They even got me in touch with an electrician who did a stellar job hooking it up as well. This was a 10/10 experience across the board…I live in PA so don’t worry about them delivering across state lines…if you are in the market for a hot tub, absolutely put National Pool and Spa of Robbinsville on your list.

We recently had a pool installed with National Pools and Spas, and had a great experience. Being first-time pool owners, we were initially overwhelmed, but the guidance and support we received from Brooke and Jamie made all the difference.

I highly recommend the Service Team at Flemington National Pools. Tracy and Chris were a pleasure to work with ! They sent Justin out to correct a problem with my Pentair pool computer. The problem was larger than we all thought and Justin worked though quite a complicated start up procedure and got the system running. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and even though he was faced with a larger scope of work than expected, he handled it professionally and corrected many errors a previous company had left. Tracy and Chris stayed in constant contact to make sure I was happy with the work. I can’t thank them enough, and again, it was a pleasure working with them.

Every time I walk in with a pool issue the very knowledgeable employees give me great advice that gets me results (clear blue pool). Nice selection of pool equipment and prices that are on par with online retailers.

So far it’s been a great experience. Brooke and Dan have been a joy to work with. And Jamie has been a terrific project manager. The whole process from start to finish has been painless. I highly recommend the national pool.

No pool company is perfect but I believe our experience installing a fiberglass pool with National is as close as you can get. We talked to several pool companies over a couple years. National was my last call because of some of the bad reviews here. I’m glad we ultimately looked past them. Mike O’Brien was far and away the BEST and most honest salesperson we worked with at any company. He just really, really cares. Example: visiting multiple Sunday mornings helping measure down to the inch to accommodate some zoning issues we had. He knows his stuff and the company listens to his advice, which is very important. Mike was out to our yard easily half a dozen times before dig day and he was there then, too. There’s not enough space here to rave about him. Hymie our site manager was down in the dirt with the contract crews making sure things were installed correctly. Jaimie in the construction office is a problem solver and does it all with a smile. Yes, they get busy. But I was never ignored. This is major construction and things are bound to go wrong. Having the right team supporting you is what makes all the difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend National to anyone.

National Pools to the Rescue. I needed a new motor and found one at National at a good price. I met with a guy whose name is Pete. He had the motor and all needed parts ready for me when i got there. He explained what i need to do with it and if i have any questions call him. So off i went to install the motor and it went very well! I did have a question about the voltage and needed to speak to him. Pete calls me back in two minutes and explains what i need to do. Pump is running like a champ! I have to say is was a great experience working with National pool! Thanks!

National built our pool 15 years ago and we Absolutely love it! We also go to the National store for testing, chemicals and troubleshooting any minor problems we have had over the years. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable! This year we had the pool re-plastered by National and it looks like it did on day 1! They do great work and stand behind what they do! Go National!

We purchased a pool through National, and our sales rep Mike O’brien was incredible! From start to finish, he was always available and ready to help. Even after the sale! Not many sales reps answer the phone after the sale is completed. I would recommend Mike to anyone. From Day 1 at our kitchen table, to the finished product, Mike made us comfortable during the entire process. Thanks Mike!

Dan and his team are amazing. I started an inground pool with another company which has been the worst experience of my life, filled with challenges, delays and unresponsiveness. After about a year of despair, I reached out to National Pools and Spa’s. Dan reached out to me that day, was out to my house to look at my rescue project the next day and the day after work started. I was able to progress my pool project more in 1 day than the last 6 months. My wife and I thought there were no hope until I meet Dan. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. He is completely transparent and very responsive. He cares about his customers and wants to ensure the best customer experience possible. Dan will check in on you to make sure everything is going as expected, to address any questions or concerns and so on.
