Marquis Epic Hot Tub

We have used National Pools and Spas in Robbinsville for many years - at first with our previous home when we had a new liner installed on our pool as well as maintenance on equipment and water tests. We were always pleased with the service we received. 2 years ago we moved to a new home and purchased a Marquis Epic Hot Tub from Pete - outstanding service since Day 1. We have had the pleasure of most recently working with Pete for a replacement part, and had Will come out to the house several times for service. Scheduling our spa service needs has been a breeze with Belinda. Extremely happy all around with this outstanding team at NP&S! Thank you having such excellent people working very hard every day for us!

Amazing service! This is the second hot tub we've bought from National Pool & Spa and they are always attentive, friendly and we had our new spa in less than a week! Vinnie was very responsive by email and made the whole process super easy. Even dropped off supplies after the hot tub delivery. They are great - we highly recommend them!!

Bryan the spa service manager is one of the friendliest and most helpful service guys I have ever dealt with. For about two years now he has provided great advice; this week was the best ever. My spa was leaking from the big gray coupling that connects the tub outflow pipe to the heater. Bryan walked me through how to try to fix it including tools I'd need (o-ring part number, magic lube and oil filter pliers!). To my amazement, it worked and the leak stopped! But then I noticed I had created an Sn3 error code. The Sundance Altamar manual said that error code requires a service tech to fix. But i first called Bryan who told me the wire to look for to check if loose; I did, it was, I jiggled it, I heard a click, and the error code disappeared! My Sundance is 19 years old so I know there are only so many fixes before it's too old. But thanks to Bryan, no question I will look to buy my next hot tub here.

They do great work

National built our pool 15 years ago and we Absolutely love it! We also go to the National store for testing, chemicals and trouble shooting any minor problems we have had over the years. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable! This year we had the pool re-plastered by National and it looks like it did on day 1! They do great work and stand behind what they do! Go National!
